Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-volume-manager
OK,I can mount into /media/... using fstab, but since the upgrade from Edgy my drive no longer appears on the desktop (as SEA_DISC), nor in 'Places'. The external drive is a seagate 320Gb, formatted out of the box as FAT32. Reboot makes no difference. nor does turning off and on the device, changing USB ports, removing other USB peripherals. ** Affects: gnome-volume-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Feisty: External FAT32 drive does not mount and display on desktop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/110523 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for gnome-volume-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
