if one has adobe writer one can insert comments at specific points of the
text. these comments  will  pop up/shown as we scroll the document or when
the mouse cursor is taken there. if one has adobe reader in can e seen
properly, but in evince one can see it only as a small yellow icon. There is
no way we can read these comments except for opening them in adobe reader.
