Sigh. Yes, I sort of tend to agree with you. My personal issue is that I had it when I upgraded to beta Feisty, and eventually I got to correct it -- and I do not remember what I did :-(
If I could remember, this would at least point us to the general direction of this extremely bothersome bug. I have been researching it, as some of the folks here, and I found a series of quite, but not completely, related bugs. I have not yet been able to pinpoint where this is done...
