Since gedit 2.14 we switched from bonoboui to gtkuimanager. And we 
didn't really care about providing detachable toolbars (is it actually 
possible using gtkuimanager ?)

BTW, gedit 2.17 doesn't exist yet, we stopped at 2.15 ;-)
