About this topic,
* while converting from GConf to GSettings, could be good check
labels and phrases used in descriptions too, in order to make
them simple (when the current phrase is bad, of course) to
understand an translate
* currently the short descs are short and without periods, long
descs are verbose and with periods; the period is the unique
element that helps translator to discriminate
