Hi, Compiling Evince with jhbuild I've realised that it doesn't build shared_mime_info. Evince uses gtk_recent_info_get_mime_type() and g_content_type_from_mime_type() functions in order to detect the type of files it handles. So, Evince needs access the share_mime_info database and I think it should be added as a dependency in jhbuild.
