If fallback mode goes away I would like blocker importance placed on bugs like https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=648156 (GNOME 3 refusing to start on a system with multiple X11 screens - now thankfully fixed). Maybe we need to clarify policy on regressions offered without replacement.
