Right. This is the case I had in mind. So if such an instance appears
and gets blocked, there would be no way for e.g. someone from the
engagement team to follow a user from that instance who would happen
to make constructive negative feedback or be a good entry point to
make damage control. That is a bit sad but not a blocker issue. It’s
worth knowing.
