Yes! You are all right going into "Preferences->Keyboard Shortcuts" and changing the default key shortcut for Volume mute, Volumne down, Volume up did the trick. It is working :-) I guess it is not a real bug at this time, but at some stage it should work out of the box for people who have Sun Hardware...... Thanks for the pointer... Andrew
