linux build instructions are here
http://dev.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/build-instructions-linux

but "There is no working Chromium-based browser on Linux. Although
many Chromium submodules build under Linux and a few unit tests pass,
all that runs is a command-line "all tests pass" executable."

if it not runs on linux it's 100% either on solaris

but worth a try.

the main problem is the gui, it's not gtk/qt based, but i'm not sure
