Orvar,
     I had the same bug and asked on networking-discuss without finding 
a resolution.  The symptoms I saw were FMA errors, which I could clear - 
but ended up recurring a few times a day.  It got to the point I ended 
up copying over my snv_75 e1000g driver, which works flawlessly.
