I think we should keep firefox2 in vermillion and not to change the 
dependency to TB2.
Just set firefox3 as the default browser.

This solution has following advantages:

. No changing is needed for yelp and other applications that depend on 
Firefox2.

. Integrate  gnome 2.22 into nevada more smoothly

  If firefox3 has not been released by that time. We need to keep 
firefox2 in nevada
  which means replacing firefox3 with firefox2 when putting vermillion 
into nevada.
  If we keep firefox2 in vermillion,  less RE work will be needed and 
removing firefox3
  won't break any applications that depend on firefox2.
