Install Nevada (b75 or newer). Install pkg-get pkg-get -i mplayer now try starting up the Sun gnome session.... -- Garrett > ~K > ------------------- Ref: http://www.blastwave.org/packages.php/mplayer Ok... I installed on SXCE b78 x86 and setup up the PATH for CSW. My JDS environment didn't pick up the issue with mplayer (I logged into both CDE and GNOME/JDS, ran mplayer using the 'Curse of the Golden Flower' DVD, logged out from JDS and rebooted and reran mplayer. For advanced font management, we use CSWftype2 v2.3.5. CSWftype2 v2.1.10 is the default package in place for now. I'll bring your issue up with James Lee (CSW stable release manager) and Johnathan Wheeler (mplayer maintainer) so they are aware of your issues as well. Thanks, Ken This message posted from opensolaris.org
