Hi Jedy, Solaris Nevada b86 doesn't include the MP3 Decoder, due to the license issue Brian mentioned in the previous thread I think. You could get the Fluendo mp3 plugin for free from here: https://shop.fluendo.com/. Or grab a install DVD for the previous build like b80 and install the package GNOME-media-mp3. Restart Songbird should be fine.
