I've duplicated this on two systems running vermillion 88: Bringing up the Appearance Preferences, when the window is attempting to show icons for the various themes, something in the background crashes and the Bug Buddy pops up exclaiming:
"The application Theme Installer crashed. ..." It goes on to say that it was unable to collect enough information to be useful (as usual, why do we ship bug buddy again?).
