Vermillion 88 Evolution problem:

I have a multi-level IMAP folder hierarchy. This morning, I closed
Evolution on my laptop, went to the office, and opened Evolution on my
desktop at work. From there, I moved two folders up one level in the
hierarchy and deleted their parent folder. So, this morning, I had:

A/folder1
B/folder2

And now I have

folder1
folder2

at the top level. I come home, boot up the laptop, and launch Evolution
here. Evolution on the laptop still shows A/folder1 and B/folder2 even
though these folders don't exist on the IMAP server, and worse, it
doesn't show folder1 and folder2 at all at the top level! If I login to
the mail server via the web interface, the folders are in fact where I
moved them this afternoon, at the top level. If I start up Thunderbird,
it correctly shows my folders in their proper locations.

If I go to "Subscriptions" to make sure I'm subscribed to the folders,
they show up in their correct locations in the folder list there. I
just can't see them in the main folder list in the left hand pane.

What's wrong with Evolution here, and how do I get to view my IMAP
folders?
