For the record (and for google ;)

The best way to submit new spec files to SFE is:
 - register on sourceforge.net
 - email me (laca at sun dot com) your user name
 - I will add you as a project member and you can start committing.
 - If you'd like someone to review your spec file or your changes,
you can email them here or ping someone on #pkgbuild (see below)
 - I will also ask you to update the ChangeLog and %changelog
whenever you make changes and avoid stepping on someone else's
toe (i.e. if you're updating someone else's spec file, ask them
   first).

More hints:
 - you can sign up for commit notifications here:
   https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/pkgbuild-sfe-commits
 - there's now a Wiki, I encourage you to add info about your
   packages there: http://pkgbuild.wiki.sourceforge.net/SFE
 - if you need help, you can always find someone on
   irc://freenode.net/#pkgbuild
