Because we used to have /usr/openwin/bin/openwin to do the same thing,
and never got around to replacing it after OpenWindows went away since
almost everyone used dtlogin (or now gdm) instead.

We'll get /usr/X11/bin/startx when we get our xinit version resynced
with the X.Org X11R7 version.
