XFCE spec build using pkgtool (--download build) fails with the
summary showing the failed items in the below order.

    OSOLthunar |  DEP_FAILED | Dependency check failed      ->
(SUNWpcre-devel is not present)
    OSOLxfdesktop |  DEP_FAILED | Dependency check failed    -> (due
to earlier failure - OSOLthunar not available)
    SUNWpcre |     SKIPPED | SUNWpcre-11.11.0 installed   -> (Already installed)

- SUNWpcre & SUNWpcre-devel are output from the same spec file. The 2
packages got built but did not get installed since SUNWpcre was
already present on the system. Is this ok behaviour for pkgtool?
In this case the required packages are available on the system and
those that are not are self-contained in the spec files. It should
have been a successful build.
- pkgtool summary shows SUNWpcre at the end even though OSOLthunar
depends on SUNWpcre, SUNWpcre-devel and the pcre should have appeared
before OSOLthunar during the processing. Is this the expected
behaviour if pcre packages are already present in the PKGS directory
of pkgtool?

Individual builds of the failed spec worked fine.

IIRC, SUNWpcre was to go from default SX installation. Not sure of the
build though.
