I spent a lot of time trying to make ekiga work with NAT and it was useless. In the end I used the port-forward feature on the router, one tcp-udp port for SIP and a udp range for the actual call. You can check/change the ports used by ekiga with gconf-editor.
Less than ideal but works. You can blame both router and ekiga. In my case the router was too restrictive and ekiga didn't do the NAT keep-alive. HTH, Marcelo. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
