Please take a look at this bug:
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6687947
and try this solution:
Change the MTU to 1496
ifconfig e1000g0 mtu 1496
or: add the following line to /etc/system:
exclude: ioat
Then reboot
Tell me whether it resolves your problem.
