Vermillion build 99 was when GNOME 2.24 integrated into Nevada, so
Nevada build 99 would be the first release with the libtheora fix I
mentioned earlier.  Once you can get access to Nevada build 99, could
you try that and let us know if that fixes your issue?  We did fix a
related problem in that area, as bug #6722237 highlights.
