Yes, you're right. GDM has the minor updates. GDM is not same between our GNOME 
2.22 and GNOME 2.24.
I meant the logic of locale selections are not changed especially in 
gdmlanguages.c and gdmcommon.c.

OK, thanks. I think the problem is that he didn't modify locale.alias by manual 
from his reply.
