No. We don't have a definite build number for this. Hoping to work with 
community member if it helps.
But not for the new few builds.

Though a simple workaround is to use gnome-session-properties
Click on Add and add some applications you want the session to restore.
It will restore to workspace 0 only.

If that does n't work, copy the desktop file from 
/usr/share/applications to $HOME/.config//autostart
That should do it .
