Thanks for the tip on the patches. I made a lot of progress, particularly
once I stopped trying to compile with jemalloc.

I am unfortunately still not there. It's having real problems in
mailnews/db/msgdb - looks like maybe some missing headers related to MIME
parsing.

Anyone else experience this problem? Again, any tips are appreciated!
