If you want the latest version of Mono to compile, you have to build and
install 1.2.6 first, make sure the binaries are in your PATH, then only
compile version 2.0. And you need to run ulimit -Hs 10240 to have the
Mono C# compiler not crap all over itself. It somehow doesn't like
Solaris' default stack size.
