system config printer is GO.
system config printer needs the latest SUNWpycups and the cups service can be
configured with /usr/sbin/print-service .
Some fixes were integrated but I leave some RFEs for Message I18N at the
moment. I'll be back on RFEs when I get time.

RFE: [Printer Options] is not localized in printer properites because
the GUI strings are retrieved from /usr/share/ppd/SUNWfoomatic/*/*.ppd.gz
RFE: Some [Policies] status strings are not localied in printer
properties because it seems the strings are given by cupsd.
