[desktop-discuss] Thunderbird doesn't display some web pages.

Thunderbird slowly loads, but comes up blank on pages from 
...blogs.nytimes.com, for example:

http://freakonomics.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/12/23/british-food-good-and-bad

This is on 2008.11

Anybody seeing this behaviour?
