Yup, that is my plan. I have also added gst-ffmpeg since it is the 
preferred decoder for several codecs that are disabled in the other 
plugin sets.

I'll try porting taglib again, there were some issues in the current
version that I didn't resolve earlier.

Sounds great. I'm also going to patch the v4l2 input plugin to compile so 
video capture with SFEcheese works.
