Unfortunately, at the moment RealPlayer supports very few formats/codecs other than its own. Other multimedia players such as mplayer and xine have much greater support. Though it is up to the patent regulations in your country whether you can legally use them. Doug P.S. From what I have read it is virtually impossible to fine a home user (especially one who has already paid the MS tax (+dvd software) on a hardware purchase).
