Chris,
We can port them to OpenSolaris if they are not working and make
then reference them
via http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/jds/tasks/gdesklets/
and put the packages in SFE.
(It is how we are doing it for compiz atm).
It doesn't have to be integrated in Solaris itself.
open question to all : is there some space available on opensolaris.org
to drop tarball/packages like this ?
