I think it is not the fact. There are some incompatibilities between
Nevada and Indiana for software development, but usually Indiana is
easier, e.g. for shell script portability (because many people think
that /bin/sh is POSIX shell these days which is not truth in Nevada).

Also we do not know the root cause yet, we know only there is some
difference.

One more thing - you do not need gpac for ffmpeg. You can disable it in
SFE ffmpeg spec file manually if you want.
