Any given spec file would be a build recipe that is verified on a particular build machine configuration. Attempting to build SFE on S10 or Indiana is not guaranteed to succeed (as of now) since SXDE is what is used as the build machine. That is not to say all spec files in SFE repo are always build clean ;) -Shiv
