[desktop-discuss] What authorities/profile needed to build and install from SFE?

PS I think cbe_install doesn't discover the packages installed because the 
traditional pkg system doesn't seem to be aware of the packages installed via 
then new IPS system. e.g. I installed WUNSi2cs or something via IPS, it doesn't 
show up in traditional pkginfo but does appear in the new IPS "pkg list".
