>From my perspective, mail clients are a way of life.  Much of my daily 
activities revolve around the mail client.  Every mail client works a 
bit differently and has different strengths.  The more popular mail 
clients the better as far as I am concerned since that way users are 
immediately productive and do not need to figure out how to install 
the mail client that they have been productive with for the past 5 or 
more years.
