Hi Olexandr,

Regarding input method menu, it's not related with OS locale data
directly, but it is the list of installed input method
engine's supported languages. And most of EMEA language input
methods are their native keyboard layout emulation type of input method.
So we can add Ukrainian keyboard layout emulation (Ukrainian menu entry 
in iiim-proeperties) with future update, if what your expectation is
input with Ukrainian keyboard layout (with other type of physical
keyboard).
