I mostly just wanted to make sure you were aware of the plans.  It's
probably not a big deal.  After VisualPanels goes in, the "Date & Time"
and "Users & Groups" features of gnome-system-tools will remain in
Nevada.  Visual Panels will replace all other g-s-t functionality.

Phase 2 of Visual Panels might end up replacing the "Date & Time" and
"Users & Groups", but that is likely not planned for some time.

Anyway, since we will be keeping some g-s-t functionality in Nevada
(even after VisualPanels), there might be some work needed to address
the Japanese l10N issues.  Not sure.  Probably njeed to evaluate after
we migrate most of g-s-t to VisualPanels.
