using vi/emacs for editing html is not to everybodies liking. It's more of a developer tool. StarOffice/OpenOffice.org does not support HTML4 and CSS. As far as I know there are no plans to improve on that. It works fine to save StarOffice/OpenOffice.org documents in html but it's not targeted as a professional web content editor. I never tried Bluefish but it didn't look like a WYSIWIG editor to me. In terms of feature I found Quanta+ quite interesting. However, it kept crashing on me with an annoying frequency the last time I checked it (about a year ago). And of course it needs KDE. So what choices are there ? - Christof
