This is just off the top of my head, but IMHO we ideally shouldn't need
both of these menu entries; the print queue monitor should probably just
be enhanced to allow you to add and remove printers as well.  In the
interim I guess that could be done just by firing up the existing Java
app as required (after prompting for an admin password, if necessary),
although that's obviously kind of a sucky way to do it.

We could perhaps even get rid of the proposed menu entry for spadmin
(the Star/OpenOffice printer config tool) too, by making the print queue
monitor the entry point for that as well.
