Ah - yep Bob see what you mean.

I do indeed want firefox settable to run in several modes: standard 
[maximum performance], low resource mode [mimimize impact on resources, 
but still keep it functional for a user - slight delay in switching tabs 
as you load images from disc for instance would be ok] and minimal 
resource mode [sleep mode? minimized all images dumped to disc, effect 
is slight delay on restart].
