http://ips.homeunix.com:10000/ has gst-{ffmpeg,bad} packages but I
can' t play an flv file with it.
On the other hand:
$ gst-inspect | grep -i flv
68:ffmpeg:  ffmux_flv: FFMPEG flv Muxer
127:ffmpeg: fftype_flv: flv
128:ffmpeg: ffdemux_flv: FFMPEG flv format demuxer
252:ffmpeg: ffdec_flv: FFMPEG FLV video decoder
313:ffmpeg: ffenc_flv: FFMPEG FLV video encoder
400:typefindfunctions: video/x-flv: flv

Maybe it's just a matter of choosing the right command line flags to
work around that bug?

A computer, to print out a fact
Will divide, multiply, and subtract.
       But this output can be
       No more than debris,
If the input was short of exact.
