A few thoughts:

- install-discuss at opensolaris.org is probably a better place for this 
question
- usually it helps to provide some information on the HW you're using.

when you boot from the install CD, the installation dialog should offer you 
a list of partitions you can install to; you probably shouldn't need to be 
going through the steps you provide below

this fails because you forgot "pfexec"
