I have opensolaris 2009.06 installed on a Asrock g43 motherboard. The Desktop
has a few problems and I can work around most of them, but I have the following
odd behaviors:

The driver seems to detect two screens, even though I have only one monitor
cabled to the card. It properly detects the monitor as a SUN 24" monitor. It
calls the other one "unknown". I assume this is some kind of intel video
driver bug.

This causes my desktop to come up in mirrored screen mode and locks my screen
size as 1024x768.
By bringing up the screen resolution tool I can uncheck the mirror screens box
and set the monitor to its proper 1920x1200 resolution. But, I get the
following odd behavior. any right click on the desktop causes the pop-up menu
to appear in the upper left quadrant of the screen (apparently inside what I
would guess is a 1024x768 rectangle).

Any ideas on further workarounds? Just file a bug report? I sometimes have
additional odd behaviors. e.g. the background gets tiled into 4 smaller copies
rather than one big one sometimes. (I suspect this may be related to the
order of the steps I used in fixing up my screen resolution in the screen
resolution tool but I haven't done enough playing with it to identify exacly
what causes what behavior)

Thanks for any help
