   Exactly.  Many, many services are "transient", meaning they are run
   at boot and then immediately exit.  Ironically, these transient
   services are only marked online once their processes have exited.

   To visualize this, try a 'svcs -p' instead.  It will show which of
   those services actually have processes associated with them.
