I think you and Stuart have done a great job of explaining the situation, though, and I do appreciate the information. Even if Sun doesn't make any more SPARC workstations, I suspect it would be reassuring to Sparc users out there that we do still care about providing continuing support for users who are already using existing machines. You have highlighted ways people in the community can get involved, and it is great to hear that we have already done so much work. I suspect whether Sun would consider releasing any future Sparc hardware would probably relate to how much of an active community is out there. So there is probably some relationship here. Brian
