This is probably the result of an executable with an inappropriate
RPATH setting the ELF information.  You can look at using the elfedit
utility to remove that RPATH value.  You can use "dump -Lv" to examine
the settings for an executable.  There should be a suitable libCstd 
available in /usr/lib, so simply removing the bad RPATH should avoid
the problem.
