These features only can be enabled when you editing a hdr image. To save image as hdr image, you may open a image and then add alpha channel to the image (you mush ensure the image has alpha channel before save as hdr), then you can Save as the image as .hdr image.
After you done these steps , the mentioned features will become enabled.
