I suggested a few months ago using IPS to find viewers for unhandled file
types, and since then have been thinking about other areas that the desktop
could be better integrated with IPS.

I've just filed bug 10681 and just mailed desktop-discuss about a simple
case, offering install links for the screensaver modules when the livecd
doesn't install them.

I had thought about having the GNOME help viewer turn the
"Availability: <packages>" link in the man page attributes section into a
p5i link, but I'm not sure if that would be useful once the packages are
refactored so that the man pages are in the package with the software, and
you won't see the man page without the package.   (On the other hand, if
the docs.sun.com versions could do that, it would be more useful, but I
don't know if we can customize the SolBook->HTML generation step like that.)

Are there other areas people can think of we should file RFE's for?
