Thank you for posting this. I missed the note about audiohd in the changes.
MSI seems still to cause a similar issue in the nvidia driver in b124. I have to keep all MSI turn off in in order to keep the system running. /kernel/drv/ahudiohd.com - msi_enable=0 /kernel/drv/nvidia.conf - AllowMSI=0 MCP51 chipset of course.
