It is Opera's fault.

Flashplayer queries NPNVToolkit.
Opera returns 0.
In terminal, you can see "Not GTK2 toolkit (got 0)", it is printed by  
Flashplayer plugin.

Opera should return NPNVGtk2, i.e. 2, then Flash would work.

So, ask Opera to fix it.
